DELIVERY AND RETURNS

At Sotra, we offer worldwide delivery. For both local and international shipping Aramex is our shipping partner. Your purchase will be shipped to you within 5 - 7 days from the day we receive the payment. You can track your shipment by visiting WWW.ARAMEX.COM and entering your tracking number.

We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and KSA Public holidays.

1. To benefit from the return and exchange services, the original invoice must be presented.
2. The piece should be in the original condition when purchased.
3. Returns are allowed within 1 day and exchange within 2 days from the date of purchase.
4. Promoted or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
5. Custom-produced pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Any piece that has been sent for alteration is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
7. Purchases paid with vouchers or credit cards cannot be returned in the form of cash.

(The following conditions are added to the website purchases)

8. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
9. The refund and exchange period is considered from the date of receipt. The purchase invoice that is emailed should be presented.
10. In the event of exchange or refund, the customer shall bear the freight and customs costs.
